Question / Help OBS Twitch stream still choppy

My obs twitch stream was choppy with a ryzen 1200, and I upgraded to a 1700 but I'm having the same issues. Please help. log: https://hastebin.com/imaxukaqew

Your logs dont show streaming activity at all. What makes me curious is the fact that in both logs there is a warning on top:
17:14:50.570: ================================
17:14:50.570: Warning: OBS is already running!
17:14:50.570: ================================

Are you really running OBS 2 times?

Can you post a link to a VOD of your stream?
