Question / Help OBS suddenly stopped recording all audio.

I'm using OBS to record some footage and I decided to use the noise gate to get rid of some background noise. For some reason I can't hear any audio from my mic or the game when I review the footage.

This happened suddenly and I've tried everything I can think of. It worked fine before.

OBS picks up mic audio, but my voice doesn't appear on the recording.

Oh, and obviously I disabled the noise gate to see if that was the problem, nothing changed, still can't hear any audio when I listen to the recordings.

Another update: I decided to convert the flv file to mp4 to see if the audio would appear, and it did. I then reset all my settings in VLC media player and tried again, still no audio. I only get the audio after I convert to mp4.

Does anyone know what's going on here?
