OBS, Streamdeck and timestamp during recording

Hey everybody, I'm recording some lectures right now with a camcorder, greenscreen and OBS in front of PP presentations for my university and obviously not every lecture turns out perfect. Whenever they want to start a slide over it means that I essentially need to go in post pro. Since I don't always listen and sometimes also forget to write down the timings, I was wondering if I could set some Stteamdeck key that gives me an indicator on the video where I need to have a look at when cutting. I thought about an ultra high sound for the audio track but I've kinda been having a tinnitus for the past months so I'd rather not do that. I also considered a full mute anytime we start over but that's very prone to human error on my side as I'd need to unmute again.

Does anyone have an idea that is a bit better maybe?
