So I've been away from my computer for almost a month and i recently came back to start streaming again. I had never had any issues before my absence but now i have noticed that my stream/stream preview is super choppy for some odd reason but yet the gameplay was completely fine. i messed around with settings for hours and nothing changed, but recently i found that while in game the fps counter for OBS is was dropping alot (I stream at 30fps) and my stream was getting 15fps and lower. Then i read a thread that recommended to switch to window capture and play my games at windowed borderless and the frames were fine! but i am not comfortable with changing every game to windowed borderless and i would like to continue streaming with the game capture. Is there a possible fix to stream with game capture without having any fps drop?
I feel like this is either a system issue or a program issue and it has nothing to do with my internet.
Specs:
GPU: Nvidia GeForceGT 635
CPU: Intel i5-4570
*i know my specs were not the best, but i never had this problem for the past year of streaming until now.
