Hi all
I have OBS running on a Windows VPS which I access via Windows Remote Desktop. It streams audio from a media player. Whenever I close my remote desktop connection, OBS stops receiving the desktop audio (the meter display in the audio mixer show no audio), but the audio is still playing from the media player. If I then go to the properties of the audio device (desktop audio), and re-select the device, then OBS begins receiving the audio again.
In terms of the Remote Desktop settings, I've configured audio to play on the remote computer (the VPS)
I have seen solutions suggesting using alternate methods of connecting to the server (Team Viewer and Chrome Remote Desktop) but they are not suitable for my needs and pose other problems.
Advice or a solution would be much appreciated.
Thank you
