Question / Help OBS software

I did download the OBS SOFTWARE. When I tried to record a video, the error message I received said, i was using an incorrect URL. SO I was not able to record anything using the OBS Software. I am using Windows 10, please help me fix this issue. Or is my system not compatiable with this software? Thank you. My email is: rosiegee39@yahoo.com

here is How to post a log file

recording doesn't generally use a URL. It depends on you having set up a valid directory under settings-output-recordings
