Hey guys! I just downloaded OBS and it's looking quite cool so far.

But i'm having an odd problem with my resolution.

There is a black border around the captured screen, like in the pic below.

My screen resolution is 1680x1050. I dont get a black border if i set the resolution to 1360x768.

Just tell me if you need some info (:

Hey, sorry to go a bit off topic at first, but I would generally recommend not using fraps with the application if possible, it can sometimes cause unexpected crashes and problems.

Anyway, this issue typically happens when you use a resolution in the application that doesn't match the resolution of what you're capturing. If pressing Ctrl-R while the source is selected doesn't work, then you should go to video settings and make sure your resolution there is set to match the resolution of what you're capturing, and try again.

Okay ill just turn Fraps off while using it then (:

And i fixed it.. Feels silly that is was just a minor tweak :P

Also not sure if you can help with this, but i downloaded this: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmes ... _id=379100 (saw it here on the forums)

But i can't get it to work, but i only see a black square. Haven't used last.fm before so im not quite sure what im doing :P

Looks like you just need to resize your source. Click Edit Scene and you will be able to drag the corners of it to resize it.

The way that program works is it puts the current song you're playing in a text file named CurrentSong.txt in the same folder as the program, which you then use with the Text Source in OBS. It is not a direct plugin for OBS.
