Hey i need some help with my obs because it keeps coming up with encoder overload

i have cpu- z so i can tell you things you need to know about the quality of my laptop

if anyone could help it would mean a lot thanks

when i start recording it has a stuck screen of when it starts recording saying encorder overloaded
