Question / Help Obs problem with teamspeak

It's been a few days since the live start on teamspeak start to have a ping and packet loss very high but the live continues to go well and doing a speedtest marks me that I have 3ms.
I hope you know a solution because I'm going crazy with this problem, thanks

What is "the live"?
Either your ISP has problems with packet loss, or it's just your connection to the Teamspeak Server, that has packet loss.
You could try a different TS server.

the live is when i start a stream, if i try in a different server its the same, i dont know why but this problem is only with some games.
and i hava a double isp configuration maybe it's the problem i don't know

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS
2) Start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

(Note: If you do not see a URL, you will need to update OBS Studio to version 21.1+)
