Question / Help OBS Only Showing Mouse. Help

Hi I am using Version v0.472b , 0.522b and the 0.52.05 Powdered Toast Build.

I have tried all three versions and all that is coming up on the preview is a blank screen only showing my mouse.

I have tried multiple settings and it still wont work. if you need more info please let me know.

Go to Settings>video>disable aero then restart obs.

i Have tried that and it still doesnt work but i have restarted my computer and it has been fixed so this problem has been resolved thank you for your help!
