Question / Help OBS not recognizing LGP Lite Stream Engine

I looked up a bunch of videos about how i can get the LGP Lite Stream engine to work but nothing seems to be working. I am using the new OBS studio and it recognized the Lite Stream yesterday and now it does not work.I have no idea what to do. I closed all of the google chrome tasks, uninstalled and installed different software of my Avercapture HD capture card. I am very desperate for help. I know my computer can handle streaming because its got all of the recommendations.
