Question / Help OBS Multiplatform seems to have problems with Twitch Iphone App

Ever since I switched to multiplatform (Which I enjoy thoroughly) It seems anyone viewing my stream on an Iphone via the twitch app experience severe frame drop. I've tried dropping the bitrate and switching between x264 and quicksync ( I primarily use quicksync due to processor restraints) Android app and desktop browsers work fine. Anyone else noticing this? Any ideas on what the issue could be?

Doesn't change the fact that it's purely the ios app having problems.

That means the bug is there and not obs.

Make sure the h264 profile is set to main. Not sure if you can even set that.
But anyway don't use quicksync for streaming, CBR doesn't work very well with NVENC and quicksync in obs-mp.

Thanks Osiris. I'll try this. I'm just glad someone offered a solution other than making the blanket statement of "it's not obs".

Well technically it's not OBS, but the media foundation hw encoders in windows that don't work very well with CBR.
Although i'm not sure if that would even cause this issue (since you said android app worked), but you could just test with the regular x264 encoder and see if it still doesn't work on the iOS app.
