Question / Help OBS makes my game stuttering and freezing

When i try to record my game's fps are really bad and csgo starts to stutter and skip frames. Any ideas?

if you have a nvidia gpu make sure obs is hooked to the processor that csgo is on
do it in nvidia control panel advanced options
Also put CSGO at lowest settings, everything as low as possible. It works for me like that
Believe me, you cant tell the difference
