Only happens when one monitor is set to a higher refresh rate than the other.
I have 144hz and 60hz monitors.
When I move OBS on the monitor with 60hz while capturing (and rendering preview) OBS starts to stutter.
There's no stutter when it's on the 144hz monitor.
I'm assuming OBS is trying to render at 144hz but when it's on the other monitor windows won't allow this(?) and it causes OBS to have to wait for 84 frames before it can handle input.
