Question / Help OBS freezing on startup, have tried uninstall and reinstall, rolling back drivers, no luck

Here is the log file I'm getting, I can't figure out where things are going wrong, I run it and the logs seem to consistently the same. Have tried uninstall, several older versions of my graphics card driver (GeForce 1060 6GB), and tried as admin and non-admin. I was using OBS normally for a while, then updated my graphics card drivers, so I assumed that was the cause, but I am unable to fix it that way. Any advice appreciated, thank you in advance.

I`m in the same boat. GTX 1070 and 98% CPU usage when launch, It started today. In the last week I have experienced a high GPU usage with NVEC new and drops about 25/30 FPS in game.

I think that OBS 25.0.8 killed GTX performances.

Please don't thread hijack, and take off the tinfoil hat. Post a new thread for your issue and include your own log/crash files.

To the OP:
Update windows to 1909, and update OBS to 25.0.8, and see if you observe the same issues.
