Question / Help OBS Failed to connect . Network connection timed out . Log report in the description below

I have tried all the possible fixes like turning off my firewall and running it and resetting it , downloading it again , even changed my stream keys several times but didn't get anything out of it.
It happens when i am on WiFi but when i am on mobile data it works normally .
