Two monitors connected to two different GPUs is probably the issue here, since you're probably moving OBS to the second monitor (i.e. to a different GPU than what it's capturing from). Connect them both to the NVIDIA GPU.

You should also enable vsync in the game you're playing (Rocket League?) and configure the game's video options so your GPU doesn't max out. If the problem continues please post an updated log file.

You may be experiencing an issue caused by a recent Windows update to DirectX. This will require an update to OBS Classic which still isn't available yet; try using OBS Studio instead.

You can uninstall KB3172985 (the Windows update that's causing this problem) until an updated version of OBS Classic comes out, but this isn't really recommended since it's mostly a security update for the OS. You can also just switch to OBS Studio, since it's already been updated to fix this problem.

Fixed my problem thanks :D my fps was dropped from 300 to like 80/60 and then back to 300 after a sec. I was experiencing lag and weird jitter/stutter. Downloaded studio and its fixed the problem! I love you man!
