Hey there,
I'm on a 3.4 GHz Intel Core i5 iMac with OBS, using OBS Link and an Elgato HD60S to capture my Nintendo Switch.
I've been having issues with capturing the audio on my HD60S. The feed will be fine for different periods of time, from a minute up to fifteen minutes, but the audio will then become crackly and drop out entirely.
The software provided by Elgato, Came Capture HD, does not have these issues, making me quite confident that this is an issue within OBS Link or OBS itself.
I originally thought this might be an issue with the audio bitrate, but OBS is set to 48kHz, the native bitrate of the Elgato.
Attached is quite a long log file of me doing some troubleshooting. Let me know if I can do anything to help shed light on this! Any help is appreciated!
