Bug Report OBS Display Slit and zoomed only on one game?

Hi, recently out of no where i try to stream and record Euro Truck Simulator 2 the screens zoomed in and looks split. All my friends have tried fixing the issue but no progress. All other games work perfectly no issues at all. It also does it on OBS studio, I've uninstalled the software and re installed several times. I have no changed any in game settings from when it used to work perfectly. How can i fix this issue?!

Same issue, searching hours for fix but nobody seems to know a fix... so frustrating.

Use the DirectX renderer in ETS2 instead of OpenGL.
