So ill will be using obs and it will randomly just stop streaming or reconnect and stop. Its weird and annoying, i have stable internet 4mbs up and 64mbs down. Everything is fine for about 7 minutes into it, then around 8 minutes it will start to lose frames, then more frames. Help i dont know what to do. I changed servers, called my isp and talked to them about it, but nothing changes (They dont throttled it) my bit rate is 3000 for max as well. Even when im out of a game! I used twitch analyzer and after two minutes it works good then when it hits that 8 minute mark it will say error or failed. CPU Is at 4.5ghz
