OBS Crashing and not starting

Hello I have recently come into an issue since updating my OBS.

Sometimes whilst streaming my stream will randomly stop. According to OBS everything is fine, 0 frame drops etc. My internet is also fine because the online game I'm playing carries on with no issues and according to everything I'm still streaming but when I go onto my Twitch page my stream has stopped. I try ending the stream but it gets stuck on "stopping stream" so I have to force close it. When I open OBS again it says "OBS is already running" when it's not. I can then start stream again and everything works fine. This has happened twice in the last 2 weeks and I have no idea how to fix. I have attached both log files for tdoay. TIA

Turn off dynamic bitrate.

Thank you, I originally turned it on as I was having issues with frame rate drops and I couldn't figure out why. Is this the issue for the crashing? I know it's still currently in beta.

Yeah, unfortunately some hardware encoders like QSV and NVENC don't like frequent bitrate changes and freeze up.
