My obs wont open, it says that OBS is already running although I cleared it from my computer, here is my story. So I was opening up OBS when it only opened up the "You need to update this," I kept hitting "Remind me later" but the actual OBS wouldn't open. So I downloaded the new installer a few times but that didn't work, the zip download didn't even work. So I removed every single bit and piece of it from my device and tried again, Now it pops up stating "OBS is already running." OBS isn't willing to re-install for me so any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
