Question / Help No video on my Marantz Turret and OBS

I connect my new Marantz Turret into my MS Surface Studio computer. The audio works but when I choose the Marantz Turret for video, no image shows. The source is shown in RED on the screen but the built-in computer video camera works fine and not highlighted in RED.
