Question / Help "No server specified to connect to"

This is my first time using OBS so I'm not sure how it works but I had sources set on Game Capture, changed the application to the game I wanted to record as well. But when I press start streaming, I get the message "No server specified to connect to". what does this mean?

If you go to settings and then -> broadcast settings, you have to specify the server there where you want to uload your stream to.

Alright I got that part, thanks.
Now when I try to open a file recorded with OBS in sony vegas, vegas keeps on crashing, anyone know why?
