Question / Help No audio to stream or recording from NDI source

I am new to OBS, and I have searched and cannot find my particular issue. I am receiving the video and audio from my Ndi Camera for Ipad source. I can see the audio meter reacting to the input, I can get it through the speakers when I set it to Monitor, but my stream and recordings are silent. This is a fairly new development as it was working fine when I first set this up. I have tried everything I can think of including uninstalling and deleting the settings folders and reinstalling to no avail. I think it started after an update a couple of weeks ago.

Forgot to mention, other sources are working fine.

In the advanced audio properties Monitor Off = no monitor but it still outputs to stream/recording
Monitor Only = Only outputs to monitor and Mutes the stream/recording
Monitor and Output = output to Monitor and stream/recording

ok, maybe I wasn't clear, I have no output to stream or recording regardless of the setting in advanced audio properties. Desktop audio and mic input are fine. My NDI camera source is the only problem.

Go To Advanced Audio Properties And Click On ALL Of The Checks On The Tracks
