no audio signal from built-in microphone or external soundcard

Hello,

There is no audio signal in OBS from built-in microphone or external soundcard (audio input capture). The volume meter is not moving and it is not muted.

But if I go to the Mac OS sound parameters I can see the volume meter from the built-in microphone, it is working. If I stream music through mixcloud web browser it is working too. But through OBS there is no sound signal. So it seems the problem comes from OBS.

I have macOS Monterrey 12.6.5

Right at the top of the log:
23:00:36.596: [macOS] Permission for audio device access denied.
That's probably your problem.
