Question / Help Need help with audio

My goal is to stream and record at the same time.

I want the stream to hear my discord, microphone and game audio, but i want the recording to only pick up the game audio.

Is this possible?

Yes, but you need to do some setup to separate your audio devices properly. Take a look at these two guides:
How to split, exclude, seperate Audio sources off your stream or recording
Voicemeeter Banana - Audio Management for 1 and 2 PC Streaming Setups

Then, for the stream, make sure all audio devices you want to send to stream are set to Track 1 in OBS, and that the recording is set to only record the track that just has the game audio.
