Name is Ben~ Recently became a streamer on twitch, I have been able to stream awhile back until i played with the settings and then weird stuff kept happening which actually ruined it more....
ex:
1)When downloading OBS 64, i did not realize i had download OBS X32, so basically i have OBS X32 and X64 installed which later i found out does play an important role in CPU.
2) This goes with above^, When opening the wrong Operating system i switched backed and forth from NVEC and x264(STILL DONT UNDERSTAND~_~_~_~_~_~... Nvec uses GPU which should be better in my case(I believe) but x264 is better but x264 takes a lot more CPU from research)
3) I could go on but i dont think you wanna hear it kappa

^ That is my set up, my Graphic card is NVIDIA GTX 950

My current speed is Donkey poo!
The reason i could not stream for the past couple of month is due to a Internet spike which occasionally(50% if im on the pc) occurred and ruined my game/stream. Just finished getting off the phone with AT&T and the problem has been the router.... i should be replacing it within the next few days. I have Internet 25 plan, Min Mbps should be getting is 18Mpbs.
