Question / Help My stream is laggy

Hey guys,
I need help, when I stream/record, the video is laggy but when I am playing it is normal. How do I fix this?

For Streaming: Since your CPU is a downsized version with lower Clockspeeds of the i5 6500 you might run into limits when playing certain games and trying to stream 720p60 with veryfast preset. Try using 720p30 instead with the veryfast preset and see if that works better for you. If not used the AMD VCE Encoder or the Intel QSV for streaming (can also be used for recording)
