Question / Help My stream is blurry and recordings too!

Hello all. I've been using this program for a long time now and love it a lot! It's very well done.

Do you guys have any suggestions as to what res/settings i should use? Currently I am using 1280x800 3300 bit rate and 45fps with quicksync. I feel its pixilated and what not but I don't know.

I run an i5 2500k@4.3ghz and a 560ti for gpu side of things. My upload maxes out at 4.2Megs to the twitch server I'm using.
Here is an example of what my stream looks like.

Please any suggestions would be nice as I'm trying to setup this up for a long term job. I also use these recordings for YouTube too, but I re-encode them using premire.

Do post a log file (there's a sticky at the top of this forum on how to find one) from a live streaming session (and a link to the VOD if possible) and we can take a look, see what's going sideways. :)

Well, you are using quicksync. It's going to be worse quality the normal CPU encoded x264 at Veryfast. You either need to throw more bitrate (significantly, especially for games that have the full scene in motion near constantly like Batman) at the stream or use CPU encoding and start tweaking.
