Question / Help my game lagging when im streaming

Your log only shows you opening and closing OBS, no attempt at capturing Overwatch or streaming. You're also running OBS on the integrated graphics. See https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/laptop-black-screen-when-capturing-read-here-first.5965/
