Question / Help Multiple resolution options in twitch.tv

I have noticed in a lot of streams on twitch, the viewer has the option to select resolution. It may start at 360, but there are otions to select say 480 or even 720 or 720p...how are the broadcasters setting this? I would like to enable the same options, but mine are set to 720 and no option to switch...so where in the settings of OBS do I do this..and what are the settings..thanks
