Hey guys,
I'm new to OBS so it's possible I'm doing something wrong, but all I want to do is record my screen's audio and my voice at the same time. The issue is that every time I complete the setup (and I've watched like 100 tutorials so I think I'm doing this part right), the audio signals overlap in one channel. When I export the multi-track audio it exports all the different audio tracks I wanted, but on each channel, all the audio is still combined!
For more info, I'm using an SM7B mic powered by my Scarlett 4i4 audio interface. The mic I select in OBS is my Scarlett 4i4 and then for my desktop audio, I use the default setting, which I'm assuming captures the computer's internal audio since that is the only option available for me.
If anybody knows how to fix this issue so that I can have the desktop audio and mic audio recorded separately please please lmk! Thank you!
