Hey I was streaming yesterday and everything was working fine but today I started getting lag on the game i play. I tried overwatch and street fighter 5 both lag. The stream itself is working perfectly connects to twitch correctly and no buffering.

My specs are
my net speed tested using http://www.speedtest.net/ 7 ping 74.61mbps down 17.19mbps up
win 10 64-bit
cpu i7-4770k
motherboard ms-7816
motherboard bios version A.70
GPU nvidia geforce gtx 770
gpu bios 80.04.c3.00.10
gpu driver version 368.22
ram 16 gb
64 bit obs v0.657b
encoding with no downscaling and 3.5k bitrate

I used the obs estimator and it said I can use 1080p at 60. I tried that twitch test program my server the quility is 100 and bitrate is 10000+.

I was able to stream without it effecting the game yesterday I performed no new programs installation or updates. I did reinstall my gpu drivers today trying to fix it, no dice. The weird part is I tried shadowplay which records a better video and it didn't effect anything like it worked smooth like coco butter. OBS is acting up today. Anyone know how to solve this issue??? or is it a bug going around? I'm using the obs recommended twitch streaming setting.

After some more testing and using obs studio instead I figured out its the problem was with monitor capture if I even set monitor capture invisible the game will work correctly but if i set it to visible it makes lag note this is a obs only problem...why does this happen my pc is strong enough
