Question / Help Mic feedback issue

OBS seems to give me this problem where I can hear everything my mic picks up and its annoying i cant turn it off. Can anyone help?

It is still there even if i mute everything in my mixer

try applying a filter to your microphone, sound proofing your recording area, or use the option to get rid of background noise in your editor.

Turn off audio monitoring.
