Question / Help Mic/Auxiliary

So I'm new to OBS and when I go to my audio settings and try to select my headset to use the microphone on it in the Mic/Auxiliary section it's not showing up. I was wondering if anyone has an answer to why that is and if there is a way to make it so it will show up?

What headset is it?

Does it show up as an Audio Input Capture device if you try and add it directly as a source in a scene?
