Then you may need to update your Nvidia software. Currently OBS is running on your Nvidia card, and in that configuration you will be limited in some respects-- OBS will be unable to capture your built-in display, for instance.

Updated the driver, thats the screen, still not working

Then you may need to uninstall and reinstall the driver; OBS is still running on the Nvidia card.

Streamlabs OBS, Xsplit. As far as I know, though, they will both have the same limitation. The problem is that you are choosing an option in your Nvidia control panel, and the machine is not respecting the change.
