M1/M2 System Audio Capture, best software to use?

I see the answer from 2014 that recommends iShowU, but I am thing there may have been a better solution created in the last 9 years. What is the best app/driver to use in 2023 on an Apple Silicone Mac?

Soundflower, Blackhole VB cable or SWB, personally VB cable and SWB works for me on my M1 14"
