Question / Help Low PFS while streaming league of legends

Hey

If i start streaming my FPS goes from 60+ to 10-15 my specs seems fine i cannot figure out why my pfs is so low.

Here are my specs.

try 720p@30fps. you might even try 540p@30fps . your CPU time to convert to NV12 is taking over 3ms which is really high. that part should take less than 1ms

change your profile to main
your keyframes to 2
