Question / Help low fps while streaming

hallo. im a new streamer, and i stream csgo the most. but i noticed few days ago a huge fps drop in matchmaking... what i dont like i stoped my stream because of that.... can anyone help me find the best settings...


PC Specs
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K @4.4
Memory: 16 GB
GPU: EVGA GTX 1070
OS: windows 10 pro 64bit

FPS framed at 600 in console get normaly 350/500 fps
