Question / Help Low Band Width errors but speed test running at 10mbps upload

Hello all,

I am streaming to YouTube and after about 30 minutes by bitrate drops to 100 and I get dropped frames. Log file (attached) says low band width but when I run a speed test while I am streaming I am getting 90mbps download and 10mbps upload. Any clue what I might check? Thanks for the assistance.
