Question / Help LoL has ~8 fps drop from framerate cap while streaming.

I've been attempting to troubleshoot this issue for a couple hours today. When I'm not streaming I can cap league at 144fps and 120fps and it will run at those framerates. When I am streaming and cap it at 144fps it will run at about 136 fps and if I cap it at 120 fps it will run at about 112 fps.

Any insight into this issue or general tips on improving my settings would be greatly appreciated.
