Question / Help Local recording lag spikes, but not in-game

Hey, I'm getting lag in my recording files, but I do not get them in-game. It is pretty much the same when I stream too. Stream is lagging and dropping frames, but the game is not. My PC specs aren't high-end, but I doubt that would be the problem.

Simple settings:

Record Quality Indistinguishable
Encoder x264
Format FLV


No streaming in log.
