Hi guys i wanted to use OBS Studio to capture some games like Call of Duty BO3 or League of Legends, etc...
But when i do this there is alot of lag in the caputured video! I don't have any lag if i'm playing BO3 ( at lower settings ) or any other game. But when I watch the recording it has alot of lag and the quality sucks...

So if anyone can help me out?
I use the MSI GE70 QD Apache:

Processor type Intel Core i7 4720HQ
RAM 8 GB
Screen 17,3 inch
Resolution 1920x1080
GPU type Nvidia GeForce GTX 950M
Totale memory 1.000 GB

Here is a log File of my recordings
(note!: I only want to record with the program not stream!!)

Thanks for helping!

There is no recording session in that log you uploaded. Can you make another test recording and before you upload the log make sure it has the phrase Recording Stop somewhere in it. That way we'll have the data we need to understand your issue.

what are your setting on the recording tab is Settings, Output, can you post a screenshot. Basically your CPU is struggling to keep up but I am not sure why. Do you have VSync enabled for whatever game you are playing?

I want to record CoD BO3 and i'm playing it on steam. My nvidea configuration screen on VSync says:
Use the global setting (Use the 3D application settings) which is my Nvidea graphic card.

Also i use the simple settings, but i took also a print screen of my advanced ( i don't use it)

OK are you streaming and recording at the same time or just one? If you are just recording drop down the Recording Quality and choose Indistinguishable and in the Encoder choose x264 low cpu and test it again.
