Question / Help Just downloaded obs for first time keeps crashing

basically I just downloaded the program installed it and opened it and it crashes instantly every time I do this. I reinstalled obs and tried again but keep getting this issue, is there another program I need to download or is there a windows 10 version that I was meant to get instead?

Are all your drivers updated, especially for your GPU and audio devices? Which GPU are you using? Does OBS generate any log files? Can you screenshot the crash?
