Question / Help It Lags So Much But I have Read The Help

My obs is lagging so bad i have tried using jvt to find a good fms url/place and they are almost all bad and sometimes there good after a good 5 minutes my stream says reconnecting i have not changed anything since today when it started it has to be obs HELP
