Question / Help Issue with lag streaming to YouTube

Hi All - new to the OBS community, so I appreciate any help you can give! I'm trying to stream to YouTube with OBS, but my videos produce quite a bit of lag. My first scene is supposed to be a 15 second opening video (I use a window capture), and 15 seconds is never captured / whatever is captured is laggy. After that, I use another window capture to show a presentation / my ugly mug with a webcam capture.

I've attached my last log file for any help. Hopefully I've included enough!

Window capture tends to have very bad performance. I recommend using display capture instead and crop as needed.
