Seems a bit inconvenient to have to open OBS on start up to get the Replay Buffer going. Any way around that?

OS does have some command line options, and starting the replay buffer at OBS start is available.

Where do i enter these lines? and is there a command for lunching obs at strat-up and in system tray?

To use a command line option, open the properties of the shortcut you use for starting the program and add any parameters at the end of the target line.
To start OBS at login and instead of modifying a shortcut, use Windows Task Scheduler and create a simple task that starts a program at login. In the dialog where you create the task, you are able to give the proper command line option.
