I have downloaded the latest version of OBS, and ran the exe file to try and set the program up. However, I get an error message saying the following:
"Your system is missing a DirectX update that Open Broadcaster Software requires. Would you like to download it?"
Clicking yes, it takes me to the page, where I download the DirectX update, and then run that installer. However, upon running this installer, I am told something along the lines of "You already have a newer or equivalent version of DirectX installed.."
Any help as to what I should do with this?
I was really hoping to get to use OBS tonight, I've been looking for a good software such as this for years now, finally found this so I'm hoping I can figure something out.
