Im trying to install OBS STUDIO on my UBUNTU 16.04 VPS and appears an error!

This package is available from the official Ubunutu repositories: https://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/libfdk-aac0

Check your apt config and make sure it's not using a custom repo from your VPS provider.

I cannot send you commands, you need to investigate on your own if your apt is configured correctly.

No, im asking for installation COMMANDS to install UBUNTU REPOSITORIES!

They should already be there by default. If they are not your installation is faulty or some custom build from your VPS provider and you need to figure out how to fix it on your own. If you don't know how to use a simple tool like apt, you should probably not be using Linux.

Finally installed OBS!

But...

You know you can't run OBS from command line, right? And that it requires a proper GPU to function?

Most VPS will not have any GPU in them, and OBS will not function without one.

And yes again, the vps dont have GPU.
